Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from theb2bshelf.com, operated by The B2B Shelf (“we”). By buying, you agree to them.

What you buy

Each product is a digital book in PDF format with the templates listed on its page, and one consultation call. Bundles include every book listed on the bundle page and one call per book. Books marked “Coming soon” cannot be bought until they are published.

Consultations

Each book includes one video call with a specialist from our editorial desk, of the length stated on the book page. Bundles include one call per book. Calls are booked through the link we send with your order and must be booked within the window stated on the book page; unbooked calls expire after that. You can reschedule through your booking confirmation up to 24 hours before the call. A call missed without notice counts as held. Calls cover how to apply the book to your situation. They are general marketing guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not take on implementation work during the call.

Licence

You may read the books and use the templates in your own work and in work for your clients. You may not resell, share or publish the books or the templates as files, in whole or in part. A single purchase is for one person. Teams can buy one copy per reader; email us for team pricing.

Delivery and updates

Download links are shown after payment, sent by email and kept in your account. Updates to the edition you bought are free and appear in your account.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or similar taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

Refunds

See our refund policy: a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

Not advice

The books are general information about marketing practice. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Where a book describes laws or platform rules, check the current text and take advice for your situation. Results depend on your circumstances; the books describe evidence, not guarantees.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
