This policy explains what The B2B Shelf (“we”) collects on theb2bshelf.com and why. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, billing country and postal code, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you ask for the free chapter or a launch email: your email address, which list you joined, and when.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email and consultation code are passed to our scheduling provider so it can set up the call, and anything you choose to share before or during the call.
• When you browse: standard server logs and the cookies our store needs to keep your cart and account working.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought or asked for, to send the emails you asked for, to answer support requests, and to meet tax and accounting rules. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing theb2bshelf@gmail.com. Every email we send has a way to opt out.
