Refund policy

Full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email theb2bshelf@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. You do not need to give a reason. We refund to the original payment method, usually the same day we read your email. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

If you already had your consultation

You still get a full refund within the window. The call is part of what you bought, and the promise is no questions asked.

What happens to the files

When we refund an order, download access for that order ends and any consultation not yet held is cancelled. We ask that you delete the files, and we trust you to do so.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded in full within the same 30-day window. We do not offer partial refunds on part of a bundle.

After 30 days

If something is wrong with a book after the refund window, such as an error or a broken template, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will talk about a refund.
