• Booking your consultation: use the Book your call button in your order email or under Consultations in your account. Lost it? Email us your order number.
• Lost download link: sign in to your account, or email us and we will resend it.
• Refunds: see the refund policy. Just reply with your order number.
• Found an error in a book: send the book number, the page and your source. See how we handle corrections on the Method page.
• Team or agency licences: tell us how many readers and which books.
